There's a Lot More to Raising Capital than Meets the Eye.

We know that raising capital is a lot of work, and it's easy to be tempted by shortcuts. But those shortcuts could cost your company in the future. That's why Decentra is dedicated to protecting your capital raise from the legal and marketing pitfalls that so many entrepreneurs face.

Also, when investing in a project, it's easy to get swept up in a beautiful prospectus that promises the moon, but what are your rights as an investor?

The US is a complicated market, but he effort is worth the outcome. Accessing US investors should be a part of any fundraising strategy.

Our Story

The Co-Founders, Brian Konradi and T.C. Waugh have worked shoulder-to-shoulder (as CEO and Foundation Director, respectively) during the successful early stage funding of Incremint, the world's first decentralized escrow platform.

Brian's legal experience and T.C.'s marketing experience complement each other perfectly, allowing them to help their clients tell their stories with clarity and at the same time avoiding any potential legal pitfalls.

On their global roadshow, they developed a broad network of experienced blockchain and fundraising professionals.

And out of this network, Decentra Group was born.
